Die Natsumikan ist ein nat\u00fcrlicher Hybrid aus Grapefruit (Citrus maxima) und Mandarine (Citrus reticulata).<\/p>\n

Die Frucht ist gro\u00df (400 g+), etwas abgeflacht, mit rauer Schale und bei Reife sehr saftig.
\nDies ist die japanische Sommergrapefruit, die im April und Mai gepfl\u00fcckt wird, um sie frisch zu verzehren.
\nEinige Wochen aufbewahrt, gewinnt sie noch mehr an Geschmack.
\nIm Januar und Februar kann sie auch wie eine Limette ausgepresst werden.
\nDer Saft und vor allem die aromatische Schale (entweder gr\u00fcn oder orange, wenn sie reif ist) werden in der K\u00fcche und f\u00fcr Marmeladen verwendet.<\/p>\n

Der Baum ist sehr produktiv und kr\u00e4ftig, mit Dornen.<\/p>\n
