Hana-Yuzu ist eine kleinere, kompakte Yuzu-Sorte.<\/p>\n

Auch die Frucht ist etwas reduziert (50gr +), daf\u00fcr aber gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger im Saft.
\nDer aromatische Reichtum des Saftes und der Schale ist identisch mit dem der klassischen Yuzu und kann in der K\u00fcche auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise verwendet werden.
\nDie Fr\u00fcchte werden im Herbst geerntet, bevor sie f\u00fcr ein intensiveres Aroma voll ausgereift sind.<\/p>\n
