{"id":747,"date":"2023-02-16T11:00:52","date_gmt":"2023-02-16T10:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ticinoweb02.jcloud.ik-server.com\/alpagrum\/produit\/yuzu\/"},"modified":"2026-06-16T16:23:08","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T14:23:08","slug":"yuzu","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/alpagrumi.ch\/de\/produkt\/yuzu\/","title":{"rendered":"Yuzu Nr. 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Yuzu Nr. 3 ist eine Yuzu-Sorte, die vor 15 Jahren in S\u00fcdfrankreich wegen ihrer K\u00e4ltebest\u00e4ndigkeit und ihrer intensiven Aromen gez\u00fcchtet wurde.<br \/>\nDie Yuzu ist keine Tafelfrucht, doch in der japanischen K\u00fcche ist sie allgegenw\u00e4rtig.<br \/>\nIhre Schale, ihr Saft und sogar das Albedo (der wei\u00dfe Teil unter der Schale) werden in Fertiggerichten, Backwaren, Eis, Gew\u00fcrzen usw. verwendet. Yuzu-Konfit\u00fcre ist die begehrteste aller Zitruskonfit\u00fcren, mit einem Hauch von Bitterkeit und sehr aromatisch.<\/p>\n<p>Man kann sogar die vielen Kerne zur Aussaat verwenden, denn die Yuzu ist samenfest, im Gegensatz zu fast allen Zitrusfr\u00fcchten (deren Samen zu 80% Hybride sind).<\/p>\n<p>Ernte im Herbst.<\/p>\n<p>Der Baum ist kr\u00e4ftig, sehr stachelig und sehr ertragreich.
