Payment methods
Deliveries are made by us, AlpAgrumi.
We have not yet found a transport company willing to take care of our plants reliably and at an affordable price.
For this reason, deliveries are grouped together once a month. We cannot make individual deliveries outside Ticino.
Group deliveries are made from March to November and cover the whole of Switzerland (except Ticino and parts of Graubünden).
Note that the planting period for citrus trees starts in mid-March and ends in late August. In winter, we recommend keeping the trees in their pots until spring. It's also possible to order and reserve your trees during the winter for delivery in the spring.
The next delivery is scheduled for: March 11 and 12, 2025.

The 2024 rates for tree transport are as follows:
From 1 to 3 trees, fixed price: 90 Chf
Subsequent trees: +15 Chf per tree
Examples:
For 1 tree: total transport cost 90 Chf.
For 2 trees: total transport cost 90 Chf.
For 3 trees: total transport cost 90 Chf.
For 4 trees: total transport cost 105 Chf.
For 5 trees: total transport cost 120 Chf.

Note:
This method of calculating the transport price reflects our actual costs, which are more directly related to travel than to the number of trees, and is intended to encourage group orders.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering by selecting the "Shipping" option before confirmation.

In Ticino and certain areas of Graubünden (zip codes 72-75-76-77), deliveries are made individually.
The delivery date is subject to availability, normally within one week of the order.
The cost of transport does not depend on the number of trees, but on the distance to be covered (round trip from Monte Carasso).
Rate: 1 Chf per kilometer.
Minimum charge 20 Chf.
Maximum 20 trees.
An invoice will be sent to you by email and transport must be paid before the scheduled delivery date.
If you order through the eShop on our website, you can indicate your request to be delivered on the next available date, by selecting the Shipping option when confirming the order.
The Shipping option appears after you have entered your zip code.
The cost of delivery will be calculated automatically and added to the amount of your order.
For Ticino, you can call us on the phone or contact us by email to indicate your request for delivery and arrange the possible date.
