Eremorange (finger lime)

A caviar lemon from Australia resistant to cold, even intense cold, down to -15 degrees C.
Eremorange is a natural hybrid between the desert lime (Citrus glauca) and an orange tree (Citrus sinensis).
The fruit is small and round (20 grams), with aromatic zest and vesicles like tiny, fragrant orange marbles, typical of Australian varieties.
Harvested as early as September, it can be eaten fresh, but is often made into jams for its complex and surprising flavors.

The tree is vigorous, productive and thorny. Its foliage is atypical for a citrus fruit, resembling the olive tree.
