Description

The Fukumoto orange is a mutation of Washington discovered in Japan.
It is the earliest of the navel group and its large oranges are ripe as early as December.

The adult tree is clearly smaller than other navels, less vigorous and thornless.
Closer planting makes it one of the varieties with the highest production per hectare.
