Lemon tree Bignette

The Bignette is one of the “IGP de Menton” (Protected Geographical Indication) lemon trees specific to the Côte d’Azur.
Sweeter than a classic lemon, with subtle aromas also in the zest, Bignette is the sweetest and juiciest of Menton’s lemons.
It is ripe as early as October, but the fruit can remain on the tree for a long time for a gradual harvest.

The tree is thorny and fairly compact, with good resistance to cold for a lemon.
This variety can be raised in pots, but the tree remains small in this case,
