{"id":15968,"date":"2023-02-15T12:05:57","date_gmt":"2023-02-15T11:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alpagrumi.ch\/produit\/corsican-yuzu\/"},"modified":"2026-08-09T11:12:30","modified_gmt":"2026-08-09T09:12:30","slug":"corsican-yuzu","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/alpagrumi.ch\/en\/product\/corsican-yuzu\/","title":{"rendered":"Corsican yuzu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Corsican yuzu is a variety developed by INRAE in Corsica.<br \/>\nAfter receiving seeds from their Japanese colleagues (NARO), the French researchers invited them to Corsica 15 years later.<br \/>\nAt the San Giuliano conservatory, they were able to select on-site the mature trees that most closely resembled the ideal yuzu.<\/p>\n<p>Yuzu is used in a variety of ways in cooking.
