Pink pomelo

The Star Ruby pink pomelo is a true classic. A large fruit (300 grams+) with pink flesh that is aromatic and sweet, with very few seeds.
A variety of American origin, like most pomelos, discovered in Texas in 1930 and later selected in Spain in the 1970s.
Thanks to its unanimous commercial success, the Star Ruby pomelo is now grown on every continent

Harvest from winter through March.

The tree is vigorous and very productive, and at full maturity the harvest can exceed 100 kg per year.
