Description
The Marumero is a natural mandarin-pomelo hybrid native to Japan, the most popular pomelo there.
It is also known as Kinkonji in Japan and Bloomsweet in the U.S.
The fruit is yellow or light orange when ripe, slightly elongated in shape, and both sweet and tangy.
It is delicious eaten fresh or as juice.
The tree is moderately vigorous, has few thorns, and features fragrant foliage.
