Hana Yuzu

The Hana-Yuzu is a smaller and more compact variety of Yuzu.

The fruit is also slightly smaller (50g +) but more generous in juice.
The aromatic richness of the juice and zest is identical to classic Yuzu, it can be used in cooking in many ways.
The fruits are harvested in autumn, before full maturity for more intense aromas.

The tree is less vigorous and considerably less spiny than classic Yuzu.
It can be grown in a pot.
